Rule 42
Expenditure and Withholding
Any committee formed under the Development Committee Act, 2013 can spend or cause the amount given by the Government of Nepal to be spent and withholding according to the authority vested in that committee. However, the prior approval of the Ministry of Finance should be obtained regarding the increase in the financial liability of the Government of Nepal.
